Welcome to PackerMerch, where we celebrate Cheesehead pride with custom designs! Before you dive into our sea of green and gold PACKER Merch, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions. We promise it’ll be shorter than a Lambeau Field beer line at halftime.

Order Fulfillment

At PackerMerch, we’re as proud of our designs as Aaron Rodgers is of his hair. However, we’re not the ones actually making and shipping your orders. We’ve teamed up with Printful, our print-on-demand (POD) partner, to handle the production and shipping. They are the best POD company in the rapidly expanding industry – trusted to deliver 89.2M items since 2013. They boast a 99% customer satisfaction rate. If you happen to fall into their 1% class of unsatisfied customers, please read on.

While we’d love to chat about the Packers’ latest win, please understand that PackerMerch simply cannot assist with these order-specific inquiries. We’re as in the dark about shipping times as you are about the next play call. Use the Size Guide provided by Printful and it’s selected garment manufacturers that is found on each apparel product page on our site. Also, if you have a Game Day or Gift-Giving you are planning, order at least 14 days in advance. (You could possibly get it in 3 or 4 days, but rarely ever past 14.)

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are determined by Printful. Based on customer reviews, most orders are typically delivered within 7-14 business days. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and current demand.

Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are handled directly through Printful. Please contact them using the information provided above to initiate a return or exchange.

Product Quality

We strive to provide high-quality designs, but the physical production is handled by Printful. In the rare event that you receive an item that doesn’t meet your expectations (like a Vikings fan at Lambeau), please contact Printful directly.

PackerMerch is not responsible for errors in order processing, shipping delays, or product defects. Our relationship with Printful is like that of a quarterback and receiver – we set up the play, but they make the catch and run it in for the touchdown.
